I love to pass on great information that can help my readers become better presenters and writers when addressing their customers. We are programmed from a young age to react positively or negatively to particular words and phrases. If we speak about a product or service to a customer, it is human nature to resist an obvious hard close where as, if we just talk to our customer using words or phrases that are subliminal, our chances of getting a positive reaction is more likely to happen than not.
